Journey Map
Reflection
Toward the end of this course, I had the ability to sit down and analyze where I wanted my life to go. Through a guided session with the professor, we got to think about what we value in life and what we value in the people around us. I thought about my friends, family, mentors, professors, and more that want the ability for us to acknowledge that they are resources that can guide our journey regardless of where we end up. My journey to becoming a lawyer or even a politician may or may not happen, but it is amazing to think about how I can get there logistically.
Working at Bose McKinney & Evans
My Journey to become a lawyer someday took shape when I started working at Bose McKinney & Evans LLP during the summer of 2021. Immediately after graduating High School, I entered an internship where I would try to familiarize myself with the culture, environment, people, and corporate hierarchies. Currently, I have been interning at the law firm for over a year and a half, and without a doubt, this has transformed the way I want to approach a career in the legal field.
